As concerns increase these weeks surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are committed to doing whatever we can to provide a safe environment for you and your family. While God has not given us a spirit of fear, he has called us to love our neighbors and to contribute to the welfare of our community. Exercising caution is not merely wise, but is a tangible way of expressing love toward others.
Listed below are a few resources that will help you and your family stay in the Word of God as we continue to press forward. We desire that you will help one another in the family and spend time together if we are unable to meet together.
During this time, please take time to pray and seek the Lord as a family. The Lord states in Deuteronomy 6:6-7, ““And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.”
I encourage you to be faithful in His Word, committed to one another, and seeking the face of our Lord during this time of uncertainty. Remember that the Lord, our God, is One and is Faithful and True. When we assemble together once again, may we have a renewed passion and desire for the people of God, the Word of God, and the power of God.
